What Our Customers Are Saying About Us...
"I ordered eggs earlier this year. They all arrived perfectly intact and completely beautiful colors with extras! We had a fabulous hatch rate with the eggs that traveled all the way across the country. Plus Maeg has been wonderful to work with. I would absolutely buy again!" --Mattie A.
"Hi Maeg, just wanted to drop you a note and let you know it’s looking like a 100% hatch rate on your Black Copper Marans. All but two have hatched and the last two are piping and zipping. Nice egg color!! Thanks again!" - Dana & Marty
"I received a beautiful mix of Black Copper Marans and Olive Egger hatching eggs. All but one hatched—pretty unreal for shipped eggs! Healthy, friendly birds and now I’m impatiently waiting to see what they lay." - Leah D.
At Silver Fox Farm...
Our birds are fed 100% organic feed.
Using a clan mating system, we breed for health, temperament, and the Standard of Perfection.
Our flocks live in spacious coops and runs or tractors, and enjoy access to seasonal pasture or fresh greens.
Unlike many large scale hatcheries that cull male chicks at hatch, we love and value our roosters, and grow all of them out to maturity.
